Kristen Sauceda (she/her), was born and raised in Southern California as a proud second-generation Guatemalan-American who deeply values her rich cultural heritage and dual identity.
Over the past four years, Kristen has been deeply committed to fostering positive youth development. Prior to MLOV, she led Plan International USA’s domestic youth programs, coordinated two youth summer programs and facilitated the Communidad de Madrid’s Model UN program through a Fulbright Scholarship.
Kristen is a dancer at heart and finds joy in partner dancing, line dancing, and choreographed routines. When she is not dancing, you can find her writing poems, volunteering at her church, and bringing people together by hosting social gatherings.
