Rebeca Puentes is a proud daughter of first-generation immigrant parents from Mexico. She moved among cities and countries frequently as she grew up, and learned the power of reaching across language barriers to find community and create a support system. Rebeca has dedicated her career to informing voters through accurate research and communications strategies, having spent the past ten years living in D.C. working for progressive and labor organizations. Rebeca is the Senior Director of Communications Research at EMILYs List, which is the nation's largest resource dedicated to electing Democratic pro-choice women to office.
